I've been told my meter is incompatible, can I still sign up to Boost?

Yes, we'd just need to install a new smart meter. If you’ve already started signing up to Boost, someone from our Care team will ring to arrange a smart meter installation. They’ll also agree a debt repayment method for the time between you coming on supply with us and the date of your meter installation. Don’t worry - there are different ways of paying this back and we decide this together – you won’t have any nasty surprises down the line.
