If you’re using your old supplier’s key or card then you’ll be on the wrong rates, which means you might be paying more than you need.
Don’t have a Boost key or card? If you have an OVO card it’ll work just the same. But if not, just call us on 0330 102 7517, 8am - 8pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm on Fridays, or 9am - 2pm on Saturdays.
When you call us, we’ll give you an 8-digit ‘TAG’ code, which you need to scribble down.
Wait at least an hour, take the code to a PayPoint shop and they’ll give you the new key or card.
Register your new key/card by putting it into your electricity meter and leaving it for at least a minute. Don’t top up until you’ve registered your key.
Start using your new key/card to top up.
